What do you do when you’re lower than low?
When you don’t see anything getting any better?
When all your friends don’t understand & walk away?
Cause you are just too much to deal with anymore.
When you’ve cried so much your tears run dry.
When you’re questioning why the funk you’re on planet Earth.

Life isn’t supposed to be series after series of heart breaks & pain… is it?
I write this through tear filled eyes as I know your pain all to well.

Eternal Romantic

What has happened to our world, it’s gone astray?

I can remember a time when my biggest problem was finding someone to come outside and play.

Now life has become a series of complications and very little fun.

I wish I could go back to the days when I was still young.

Why can’t Good men seem to hook up with good  women?

I guess if you look deep enough it goes back to Adam,  Eve and the time of the beginning.

Female friends tell me they want to be wined, dined and  generally romanced.

Now I’m willing; but how can I if you won’t give me the  chance?

Revelation for today: Warning it’s a bit sobering

Why do humans being need to be touched?

Did you know that you can give a baby food, water, clothing, keep it warm. Everything it needs to live, BUT if you don’t touch that baby it will die in less than a month? I read this factoid decades ago. The thought that crossed my mind at the time was what sick person did this atrocity to an infant?

But i digress since human touch is SO important to us! Why are some people are force to go thru life without touch or very limited touch. Yes, everyone is busy. But when was the last time someone touch you or better yet when was the last time someone touched you. It could be as simple as holding your hand or a hug.  We touch to let others know they aren’t alone.

Love vs 4giveness

It’s so easy 2 say I love u, but it’s so hard 2 4give!

Live long enough & you will get hurt.  I used to think being hurt was all bad.  After all who in their right mind wants to have a broken heart?  Who wants to be lonely?

Absolutely no one!!

But the fact of the matter is it’s not a matter of if it’ll happen, but when it will happen.

Did you know that your body produces a chemical called oxytocin.  It’s even called the cuddle hormone.  Since it’s released when you hug someone.  It’s a neuro hormone that actually cause you to crave physical contact from friends & family.  It’s actually a stress hormone that literally wants you to reach out to others for support.  Crazy huh?? Accept All!

I feel negative emotions when I’m not accepting what is around. Accept “what is” negative emotions tend to dissipate quickly.

U can train ur thoughts! Try this telling yourself: “I’m successful at everything I do. Good things happen to me daily!”
Will stuff you don’t like still happen… yep sure will, but even in the crap times tell yourself that still. Fake it till you make it as they say!
Much better than beating yourself up over & over again. Yes, I’m soo guilty of doing that myself it’s actually a shame.

The need for anything gets in the way of everything.
Stop seeking approval, validation or trying to prove anything to anyone including yourself.
Enter every social interaction with the mindset: what value can I give here?

ACCEPT ALL! That way there’s nothing to battle or get over.
