I feel negative emotions when I’m not accepting what is around. Accept “what is” negative emotions tend to dissipate quickly.
U can train ur thoughts! Try this telling yourself: “I’m successful at everything I do. Good things happen to me daily!”
Will stuff you don’t like still happen… yep sure will, but even in the crap times tell yourself that still. Fake it till you make it as they say!
Much better than beating yourself up over & over again. Yes, I’m soo guilty of doing that myself it’s actually a shame.
The need for anything gets in the way of everything.
Stop seeking approval, validation or trying to prove anything to anyone including yourself.

ACCEPT ALL! That way there’s nothing to battle or get over.
