The Match II

Be sure to read The Match part 1 first.  That way U’ll have context for this. 😉

Clouds of black smoke, where did the kid go?  It’s time to shed some light into the purpleside.  There is the sound of music and animals all around yet not a sign of human life.  Why?  In the darkness I see a light.  It’s the kid!  “Why are you here?”  What?  “How did you get here?”  The kid asked.  “Why do you choose to live here kid, no one else is here?’”  Yet I can hear music for miles.  “Sit, I will tell you a tale…”

Time upon a once there lived a kid.  A very happy kid who had parents that cared.  Something happened, what once was happy, now was in misery.  A parent left, so now he only had one.  For this I tell from rumor not memory.  So I turned to others for the love I felt was missing.  Each time it ended in pain, each time the kid grew a little colder.  For all he wanted was someone to love and someone to love him.  Nothing more.  He got neither.  It’s like giving bread to the hungry; they eat for a while then the pain returns.  He never gave up though!  Enter Elecktra.

The one promised, who promised to stay with him and love him for a lifetime.  The only one he ever gave his heart to.  For her he would have taken on the world; at times he did.  Was there ever a love so true?  No, I doubt it.  But she is of your world like all the rest before her.   When a decision had to be made she chose her world along with her friends.  You see, some people wanna die so they can be free.  My world is quite different from yours.  Where I come from I don’t let society tell me how I’m supposed to be… My clothes, my hair it’s about being there.  I came to my world because I cannot live in your world!  The lying, cheating and backstabbing I will not do, for I am truly not of the devil, nor will I do his bidding.  My kind is looked down upon in your world, I am truly different.  So now I live alone, never to love one of your world again… Never to love again.

So now you have insight on how and why I chose this world.  MY WORLD!  All I need is God and my music.  The want to love is gone away, there is nothing, nothing left to say.  My animals will show you out.  Never come here again for you are not welcome.  No one is anymore.

“Sasha, come here girl and show this intruder out! Take this” he hands me a purple match.  “Now go!”   All of a sudden smoke surrounds the kid and he is gone.  All that remains is Sasha, his Black Panther, who shows me back from which where I came.  As I leave I look over my shoulder and watch as Sasha turns to stone.  As if she is the eternal guardian of the kid.  Once again the music begins…

Peace from the purpleside

A walking contradiction... What you see isn’t what you get. To get to know the essence you need to open the book and read. An enigma; giving, selfless, conceited, arrogant, loner, author, friend, confidant, trainer, model, actor, and life coach. It really depends on your relationship with him. To someone who doesn’t know him or decides to judge the book by the cover; he is viewed as conceited, arrogant or even mean. Which is the exact opposite of who he is. He’s more of a shy introvert around those he doesn’t know or isn’t comfortable with. Get below the quiet exterior and you’ll find a heart that, to know is to love. He tries to live his life literally walking in love. He would give the shirt off his back to help. Raised by his mother, with no role model on what a man should be. He set out to be different than what he saw in the community. Men who abandoned their responsibilities to pursue whatever tickled their fancy was the norm. These men didn’t care about the damage caused by their selfish actions. He thought the road would be easy, but alas, it proved him wrong. Society had changed dramatically in a short time. People seemed to perceive his love as a weakness. Or perhaps they had not come across a person, who accepts them for them. Always waiting for the other shoe to drop, they tried to manipulate a gift to their advantage. Left alone most of the time, he started to set his pain to print. Never intending for anyone to read it. However, God had a different plan in mind. He would use DC’s pain to show the women; that there are men out there, who do feel profoundly deeper than they think. To reach out to the masses that don’t know how to get others to understand what they are dealing with or have dealt with. He simply wanted to help people on a larger scale.
